  • '"Men compartmentalize their feelings, but women remember everything," says Christiane Northrup, M.D., author of Women's Bodies, Women's Wisdom and The Wisdom of Menopause. "So when women bring up issues in a relationship, they tend to bring up everything that is related," she adds, noting that this is a big mistake. That's because most men find this approach overwhelming, or view "hashing over everything" as a character attack.'

'Laurie Moore, Ph.D., author of Creative Intimacy and Choosing a Life Mate Wisely, advises people to choose a partner with whom they have enough in common. "You need some foundation from which communication can flow well from the beginning," says Dr Moore, who is a psychotherapist and a licensed marriage family therapist. When communication styles are vastly different, couples often spend more time learning how to communicate than actually communicating.'

  • Have I walked that many miles at a time for work before???

The school where i am working is currently making a video......

I was asked to accompany the crew to take different shots around the primary school's campus in Wong Chuk Hang yesterday.....

Starting from 840am to around 4pm...... our shooting schedule was soo packed... giving us only a half-an-hour lunch....the campus is about 16,000 square meters big.....we  pretty much walked around everywhere in the two buildings (which were not air-conditioned) on that 16,000 square meters of land yesterday....with the thermometer getting up to 28 degrees celsius......... maybe i am just not too physically fit... but seriously I was DEAD TIRED when we finished....I really DID feel SOOO exhausted...

I crashed on my way home on the bus.... and then just went straight to sleep once i got home.... i did get up for dinner and shower though... before heading back to sleep again............

And tomorrow... we would go shooting again... starting at 730am... my my my........ (totally bummed... not soo excited at all... )

One thing to look forward to: Possibly visiting baby Gwyneth, Frances and David this Sat ~~*

  • Its been sooo long~~

Not much has changed in my life since i came back in jan of 2007 ..except that i have been dating a very special person named Daniel since last year and that i have been working full time..... other than that i think i am pretty much the same...some say i seem to have lost weight though the scale at my home tells otherwise.....is there a way i can gain weight ONLY on my face?????????????? Any advice??

Being a student i always had this break and that break...and my own graduation... to look forward to..... but working is different...... its like a circle that goes on forever.... so now... i try to look forward to each public holiday..... just going to a local outlying island can be soo much fun and soo relaxing ~~**

Wonder how many young women nowadays are satisfied with the idea of being a stay-home mom in Hong Kong? It wasnt so hard for me to meet a girl in class at DBU whose desire was to graduate college than get married... then stay home to focus on raising a family....

Really would like to go to the Grand Canyon and the Yellow Stone Park in the US~~**

  • In the US now

So i am writing this post from Cleveland, Ohio. It's freezing here!!!!!!! OMG! It snowed a little last night but there isnt any snow on the ground this morning...... i was all ready to play with the snow ga ma....

I arrived in the US on the 26th of Nov. My first stop was in LA to visit an old college frd!! hehe! I felt like a queen staying with him and his family -- i had his room and his computer to use!! And his mom cooked such good food!! My highlights during my trip there were visiting the Disneyland and San Jacinto Peak, which is one of the tallest mountain peaks in southern California!!

My frd Brandon and I took the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway from Valley Station (2,643ft) in Palm Springs up to the Mountain Station on the peak at 8,516 ft above sea level!!!!!!!!! It was absolutely fun to take the tramway ! Two thumbs up!!!

We went to the LA zoo too...though it wasnt soo excitiing... Now i can say that i have been to the Disneyland in the US!!!!!! Thanks Brandon!!!!!!!!!

Thanks again Brandon and your family x 100,000,000!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pictures from San Jancito Peak , CA (It was over 8,000 ft above sea level!!!)
